Babycat Slimes - Handmade Slime Shop

The idea for Babycat Slimes started when my kids asked for slime for Christmas. I’d seen handmade slime shops on social media and was intrigued, so I ordered a few slimes for myself as well. Little did I know, this would spark a new passion!
I was amazed by the variety of textures, colors, themes, and scents in each slime. It quickly became a nightly ritual for me to unwind with my slime while watching TV, and it even helped me reduce some of my unwanted habits like nail-biting and playing with my hair. Slime is great for sensory seekers, especially those with autism or ADHD. As someone on the autism spectrum myself, I’ve found that playing with slime really helps regulate my nervous system.

Noticing how few EU-based slime shops there were and the high cost of shipping and fees buying from overseas, I decided to start making my own. After lots of experimenting and perfecting my recipes, I’m proud of the slimes I’m now able to create and can’t wait to share them with you! My goal is to help make slime more accessible to everyone, including adults, so that others can enjoy its benefits as I have!

A little about me:
My family (husband, three kids, and our five cats) and I are originally from the United States but have been living in the Netherlands for 8 years. Babycat Slimes is my passion project-all slimes are designed and created by me, though my husband and teenagers occasionally help with packaging and shipping! Aside from slime-making, I’m also very passionate about fragrances (perfumes)… so you can be sure your slime will smell amazing! My other interests include rocks & minerals, aviation, Neopets, and quilting.
